Free Programs For The Apocalypse!



I'll be adding more to these as (and if) isolation and social distancing carry on for the foreseeable future.


As Tony Gentilcore rightly says, the best training plan is 3x52. That's three sessions a week for a year, every year, for the rest of your life.


The fact that gyms are closed and gatherings are off-limits should not take us away from that goal of 3x52. We can all do that many sessions in a year.


But what should you do?


I've designed a number of free programs based around maintaining and building muscle and strength. Each program is built around what equipment you have available.
