When I started training with Chris last December I was at a low point in my life and when I stepped on the scales and found out I weighed 64kg I only felt worse but I knew it was time to make a change. I couldn't have done it without his help and enthusiasm.
I wanted to make changes for myself primarily but also wanting to reach those goals for him. Subsequently it's been one of the best decisions of my life, I now feel the most confident I've ever been and mentally stronger. I've achieved things I'd never thought I could, having started out deadlifting at 60kg and reaching a personal best of 175kg 7 months later and hit my main goal of reaching a weight of 78kg and building muscle.
As much as I admire him for all his help and advice to get me to this point where I feel I can take on anything, I like to think the best part of it all is I've made a good friend in Chris! - Ian
